###From within WordPress
1. Navigate to "Plugins"page and click the "Add New" button
2. Search for "CAPTCHA 4WP"
3. Cick install and after that activate the plugin
###Manually
1. Download the plugin from the WordPress plugins repository
2. Unzip the zip file and upload the folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
